Uncertainty in relation to terrorism has increased signficantly over the past years, world wide. Therefore, it has become essential for Defence organisations to determine how to effectively identify and manage the risks embedded in their operations.

Global Risk Alliance has worked in conjunction with the Australian Defence Force (ADF) to develop specific risk management programs and solutions across all forces. Our work with the ADF has included development of risk management implementation strategies, models and solutions for the Defence Safety Management Agency; development of risk awarenss solutions across Defence; oversight for the Defence Counter-Terrorism risk management program; and conduct of specific risk assessments, including risk identification for the RAAF hyperbaric testing chamber at the Institute of Aviation Medicine. 

Global Risk Alliance is also working with Defence agencies in allied countries, including the New Zealand Defence Force, to assist with strengthing risk management framework and programs.
