Governance

GRA can work with companies at an enterprise wide level to improve business ethics, effective internal controls and corporate governance. GRA’s work is consistent with COSO in designing an integrated framework for defining the essential risk management components of a company. This specialised area of governance is becoming more crucial as governments introduce legislation (for example the Sarbanes-Oxley Act) to prevent fraud from occurring and to ensure company compliance.

In response to this growing area, GRA has established a proprietary risk analysis and management program that can build a strategic risk picture at a particular point in time. This can be carried out on both a local and global basis.

Recently, the Salvation Army recruited Global Risk Alliance for risk management coaching of internal risk management teams and senior executives. GRA are now working closely with the Salvos to bring about cultural change within the organisation and to identify those areas of risk within the organisation.

Global Risk Alliance has developed a strong reputation in advising boards, risk and audit committees and Chief Executive Officers about the risk management discipline.
