It is a requirement by law for companies to have a risk management framework. When implementing a risk management plan, GRA defines the key tasks, resources required, milestones and outcomes, along with a strict schedule. Furthermore, GRA can work with a company’s stakeholders within a workshop environment or work on a one-to-one basis.
A selection of our risk management program implementations include:
- GRA developed and established risk management policy systems for Virgin Blue. Further to this, GRA carried out a series of organisational risk management workshops and established the company’s risk register.
- GRA delivered risk management training and workshops to the middle and senior management teams of Tomalgo Aluminum.
- Newcastle City Council selected GRA to conduct a risk management trial. Due to its success, GRA is now implementing its proprietary risk management program across all business units.
