In utilising the services of Global Risk Alliance, the internal risk management and senior management teams have access to world-class risk specialists. • GRA developed and established risk management policy systems for Virgin Blue. Further to this, GRA carried out a series of organisational risk management workshops and established the company’s risk register. 
• GRA delivered risk management training and workshops to the middle and senior management teams of Tomalgo Aluminum. 
• Newcastle City Council selected GRA to conduct a risk management trial. Due to its success, GRA is now implementing its proprietary risk management program across all business units.
