Even in this era of information overload, Global Risk Alliance has worked with clients where new paths in the risk management discipline are being paved. We enjoy these projects immensely as it takes advantage of the company’s passion for risk.

If required, GRA can call on our network of risk specialists for particular projects. GRA has contractual arrangements in place with a number of Australia’s leading experts in the risk management discipline. These include Professor Jean Cross, Chair of the Australian New Zealand Standard Committee for risk management and Kevin Knight, Vice President of Risk Management Institution of Australasia. These arrangements ensure that the GRA has access to the best sources from the academic, peak body and standardisation areas.

A selection of our research and design projects include:

• GRA researched and designed the aviation risk management program for the Royal Australian Air force and the Royal Australian Navy. 
• GRA was selected by the RMIA (Risk Management Institution of Australasia) to review the existing certified practicing risk management (CPRM) program and to modify and re-work the framework of this respected accreditation. 
• The Australian Defence Force requested GRA to research and design the Aviation Risk Management Program (AVRM).
